Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Customer Success Manager - Commercial to join our growing team on the West Coast. You will work with customers to ensure their success and adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform, managing onboarding and ongoing engagement.

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers to drive adoption and retention.
  • Provide technical expertise on Workato products.
  • Share best practices on deployment models and governance structures from both business and technical perspectives.
  • Educate teams across People, Marketing, Sales, Customer, and Finance Operations on business value through automation.
  • Create processes to increase product usage and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, troubleshooting and resolving promptly.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and product development.
  • Build trust as a customer advocate within Workato.
  • Availability to work US hours is required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in consulting, customer success, or technical account management, preferably in SaaS or iPaaS.
  • Experience with integration and business automation.
  • Understanding of complex business structures and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with roles in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales operations.
  • Comfort with revenue targets and growth metrics.
  • Proven track record of customer retention and growth.
  • Strong customer empathy and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to change.
  • Experience in digital transformation is a plus.

Compensation for California residents starts at $125,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity, and other benefits.
