About The Role

We need a strategic, customer-obsessed, and results-oriented leader who excels at building relationships and delivering long-term value. You will manage a complex book of business, lead customer engagements, expansions, and rollouts, act as a trusted advisor to executives, and drive success strategies while managing escalations and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a strategic book of business valued at $2M+, ensuring retention and expansion.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships to foster advocacy, adoption, and expansion.
  • Provide strategic guidance during onboarding, integrations, and ongoing engagement.
  • Proactively improve customer health, mitigate risks, and manage escalations.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities to maximize customer value and revenue.
  • Advocate for customer needs, balancing business objectives, and serve as a procurement subject matter expert.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success, managing high-value accounts.
  • Experience building executive relationships and navigating complex organizations.
  • Proven success in multi-stakeholder implementations and change management.
  • Comfortable managing escalations and turning challenges into growth opportunities.
  • Data-driven strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about customer success with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in procurement, AP automation, or fintech is a plus.
