Job summary

DataVisor is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with Fortune 500 clients in FinTech, Banking, and E‑commerce, driving ROI through fraud detection and AML compliance on our SaaS platform. You will monitor performance, advise on ML models and rules, and work with Product and Engineering to align capabilities with client goals.

The role is remote-based, open to candidates in the US or Canada, preferably PTZ, with 5+ years in fraud or customer success and a strong analytical

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fraud strategy, risk analytics, customer success, or fraud operations in fintech, banking, payments or e-commerce.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R for data exploration.
Familiarity with machine-learning based detection systems and rule engines preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned enterprise customers, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization.
Understand client business models and fraud/AML risk exposure to define success criteria and tailor solution strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and optimize detection outcomes.
Translate customer feedback into actionable input for product roadmap and improvements.
Monitor performance metrics, support business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
