Typical Day

As a Senior Curam Technical Consultant, your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients and analysts to understand requirements and design solutions
• Assessing technical feasibility and solving problems through analysis and development
• Configuring and customizing the Cúram solution based on technical designs
• Leading and mentoring a team of technical consultants
• Providing technical solutions, upgrades, and system maintenance
• Working with architects to design scalable Cúram solutions
• Prioritizing tasks and contributing to project planning

About Our Team

Our Engineering team offers comprehensive services across the software lifecycle, including advisory and transformational services. We drive technological change, develop end-to-end capabilities, and implement solutions for system development, integration, and modernization. Our team possesses diverse skills, from web and backend development to architecture, agile practices, quality assurance, and emerging tech.

About You

You should have:

• An undergraduate degree with excellent academic credentials
• 6+ years as a Cúram Technical Consultant (Developer)
• Cúram Certified Application Developer V7 or higher
• Experience with various Cúram modules (e.g., Universal Access, Life Event Management)
• Experience in agile methodologies, Java/JEE/XML development, web services (REST & SOAP)
• Knowledge of relational databases (DB2, Oracle), application servers (Websphere, Weblogic)
• Strong understanding of design patterns and security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop innovative solutions
• Eligible for or hold a Canada federal security clearance

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $72,000 - $138,000 for Senior Consultants and $84,000 - $175,000 for Managers, with bonus eligibility. We offer a competitive total rewards package including mental health support, flexible benefits, firm-wide closures, learning days, flexible work arrangements, and a hybrid work model.
