BCCPA in Vancouver is seeking a senior cross-border tax professional to join our boutique firm. You’ll review US and Canadian personal tax work, own technical quality, and mentor junior staff while managing client relationships.

The role offers hybrid work, flexible start date, and competitive compensation with profit-based bonuses; suitable for CPAs/EA with 5+ years across-border experience.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a cross-border tax environment.
• Expertise with US and Canadian personal returns (Form 1040, T1).
• Able to mentor junior staff and lead reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Review and prepare Canadian (T1) and US (Form 1040) returns and FBARs.
• Serve as technical go-to for cross-border issues (residency, treaties, forms).
• Manage client relationships and interact with CRA/IRS.
• Mentor junior staff and develop internal standards.
• Own filing deadlines and extensions for your portfolio.
