Job description

A career as a CRO Digital Conversion Specialist in the Digital Acquisition team at National Bank means being part of a team that is passionate about numbers that base their actions on data interpretation. Our ultimate goal : Simplify the experience for all clients who want to do business with us, take the CRO practise a step further and make it easier to learn and deploy.

Your job

  • Identify sticking points in user journeys on our information sites, design A / B and multivariate tests to maximise online conversions
  • Analyze behavioural data (Adobe Analytics, heatmap, etc.) to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Execute, analyse and develop test results to highlight what you've learnt
  • Work with cross-sector teams to identify opportunities and share results
  • Help define the test roadmap by aligning initiatives with the organisation's business objectives
  • Continuously optimise your strategy, documenting what has been learnt and adjusting actions based on results.

Your team

You are part of a large team of 9 colleagues in the Digital sector and will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Acquisition. The Digital Acquisition team is part of the Digital Marketing team and the Digital Vice-President of National Bank. Prerequisites

  • Experience of at least 4 years in type A / B experimentation and customisation using tools such as Adobe Target Optimizely and / or Google optimise
  • Significant experience in reversing trends and achieving positive conversion results on a sustained basis
  • Excellent analytical skills to prioritise and optimise next actions
  • Strong ability to influence matrix specialists.
