Scotiabank is hiring a Senior Credit Solutions Associate for Agriculture Banking on a contract basis. You will support Client Relationship Managers and Credit Solution Managers with onboarding, credit administration, and fulfillment activities to help agricultural businesses grow.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of financial statements, credit analysis, and KYC/AML processes, plus proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

• Knowledge of KYC, AML, onboarding, and client servicing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience using business and client management platforms and collaboration tools.

• Track onboarding, fulfillment, and servicing requests, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through referrals and additional banking solutions.

About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic Agriculture Banking team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to commercial clients across Canada's agriculture sector. As a Senior Credit Solutions Associate (Sr. CSA), you will support Client Relationship Managers and Credit Solution Managers by coordinating onboarding, credit administration, client servicing, and fulfillment activities that help businesses grow and thrive.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Support a portfolio of commercial agriculture clients through onboarding, servicing, and credit-related activities.

Must-Have

• Education: College or University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and commercial lending principles.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, onboarding, and client servicing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Nice-to-Have

• 1-3 years of experience in the agriculture sector or exposure to agricultural markets.
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking products, services, and fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with Commercial Banking partners and credit administration workflows.
