Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 4 years of applicable commercial credit, equipment finance, commercial banking, underwriting, or related experience; 6+ years preferred.
• Advanced financial analysis, underwriting, and commercial credit skills.
• Technical financial modeling expertise; data analytics skills.
• Demonstrated independent credit judgment and leadership abilities.
• Ability to balance prudent risk management with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and decision significant, complex, or strategically important credit transactions.
• Approve, decline, or condition transactions within authority.
• Review and guide transactions submitted by analysts and underwriters.
• Lead and develop assigned credit personnel and teams.
• Support portfolio reviews and adjust risk ratings and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Asset Management, and Finance on credit matters.
• Provide coverage for senior Credit leadership as needed.
