Job summary

Sailun Tire Americas Inc. is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to support the Credit & Collections Manager in managing customer credit risk across North America. You will evaluate creditworthiness, monitor exposure, and ensure timely collections while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.

The role involves advanced credit analysis for high-risk accounts, dispute resolution, and driving process improvements in credit and AR workflows to balance growth with risk control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, AR, or collections.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments preferred.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Navision, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with credit reporting tools (e.g., D&B, Equifax).
• Mandarin language skills are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements, credit reports, trade references, and payment history to assess creditworthiness.
• Recommend credit limits, terms, and risk classifications in line with company policy.
• Review and update existing customer credit files on a regular basis.
• Support onboarding of new customers through credit approval processes.
• Develop customer risk and performance assessments through analysis of financial statements, payment trends, business operations, and industry benchmarking.
• Provide proactive recommendations regarding credit exposure, credit limit adjustments, account growth opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Analyze customer operational and financial performance to provide meaningful credit insights and business recommendations to Finance, Sales, and leadership teams.
