Job summary

FedEx Canada in Owen Sound seeks a Senior Courier to operate company vehicles, delivering and picking up packages while covering non-regular routes. The role includes mentoring hourly staff through best practices, improving communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.

The incumbent will promote continued sales and generate incremental revenue wherever possible, supporting a flexible, floating assignment for a minimum of 15 routes on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of courier experience required.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must complete and maintain DG certification with yearly recurrency training.
• Must gain and maintain FedEx DG Specialist certification.
• In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages.
