Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cost Estimator - Mix-Use Residential >$200k + package for an established developer located in downtown Vancouver, B.C. While they grow to introduce their new general construction side of the business, they would like to invite an ambitious and seasoned Estimator to join the construction team. You will be supported by the VP of Construction and Pre-Construction Manager. The role requires immediate action on two very large and prominent projects ($300M and $700M).
