About the Role
Reporting to a senior finance leader, you’ll lead key financial analyses, build strategic models, and support planning processes that influence the direction of the organization. Your work will help uncover insights that drive profitability and efficiency while supporting both long-term goals and day-to-day decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead monthly variance analysis and develop recommendations to improve financial results
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning initiatives
  • Create and refine complex financial models for business scenarios and investment cases
  • Collaborate with business units to assess project or product profitability
  • Develop executive-level financial presentations and reporting packages
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports
  • Support audits and help streamline financial processes and reporting cycles
  • Provide mentorship to junior analysts as a technical and analytical resource
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support executive decision-making
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong asset)
  • 5–7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization or consulting setting
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong familiarity with financial systems (e.g., ERP or BI tools)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English (required)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
