Senior Corporate Law Clerk Up to 110K for Reputable Law Firm in Kitchener

Our client, a reputable law firm in Kitchener, is seeking a career-minded Senior Corporate Law Clerk with expertise in Business/Corporate Law, specifically in Professional Corporation transactions. Join a tenured team of clerks in a permanent role that values hard work and internal promotion.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 9 years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk
  • Skilled at reading and comprehending accountant instruction letters (asset)
  • Ability to independently manage deals
  • Knowledge and experience with Virtual Minute Book Software (asset)
Responsibilities:
  • Draft corporate documents and registrations, including incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions, continuances, amendments, and annual minutes
  • Coordinate documents, reports, and client management
  • Act as liaison between lawyers and accountants
  • Prepare and correct minute books as needed
Salary and Benefits:

Range: $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience. Benefits include onsite parking, RRSP plan, 3 weeks vacation, 10 paid personal days, and a hybrid work model (3 days onsite).
