The Position:

We are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Business Planning Specialist (I). This role directly reports to the Director of Finance Planning, Business Operations and Intelligence, and will assist management with reports and analysis. This individual is responsible for weekly/monthly scheduled corporate-wide reporting and analysis including, but not limited to, Marketing Budget status reports, Market Share analysis, and Macro-economic reports. This role is also responsible for handling various ad hoc projects upon request. This individual must closely coordinate with various Divisions (Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.) for implementing and communicating various initiatives.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Process payments received (Wires) from customers against open invoices in SAP
  • Review and analyze company processes and operations and seek improvement points (Sales, Finance, Logistics, etc.)
  • Review, analyze and interpret financial data, operational data and reporting
  • Identify reasons for increase/decrease and communicate with Sales/Credit/Sales Admin Departments to consolidate plans for improvement
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet ad-hoc HQ and NAHQ report requests on a regular and irregular basis
  • Research and organize market sensing reports (F/X, oil price, competitors, customers, etc.)
  • Assemble and consolidate corporate-wide reports prepared by other Divisions (Sales, MKT, SVC, etc.) into one corporate document and ensure uniform formatting
  • Support in creating executive-level business reports
  • General support for the CFO

To join our team:

  • University degree preferred (preferably in business & Economy or similar focus)
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • 2 plus years of general office experience preferred, some exposure to business planning would be an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Previous operations exposure is beneficial
  • Enterprise Reporting System exposure, preferably SAP is ideal
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office products
