Job Summary

If you’re interested in a Facility Worker, then this is the best role for you. You will perform general cleaning maintenance duties.

Job Description

1. Empty all trash containers, collect all sorts of recycling, set up conference rooms and auditoriums as needed, clean cafeteria, lunchrooms, and conference rooms, clean outside areas of the building as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
2. Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
3. Assist a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
4. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
5. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
6. Typically report to a supervisor or manager.
7. Worker could work in Commercial Plant or Foundation Plant.

Skills Required

1. 4-6 years of experience.
2. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Education / Training / Certifications

Additional Requirements

1. Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
2. It would be beneficial if the person could drive a bobcat or be willing to be trained for that.
3. The start time could change. Currently, it could be from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM but could change to earlier or later by 2-3 hours, Monday to Friday.
4. Estimated Salary: $11.00 to $25.00 per hour based on qualifications.
