Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Coordinator Permitting Office to join our team! In this role you will get to join the team who operate the Permitting Office within a client organization, including the application of business systems and tools to support the operation of key project correspondence and permitting activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Update basic tracking solutions (using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, M365, Planner) for active work within the Permitting Office and across the Business Units
  • Track and record printed letters, wet-signatures, and distribution of final/copies/scans of signed letters
  • Oversee the contents and access management of the MDU PPC Permitting Office Sharepoint Work in Progress site
  • Provide coordination and logistics support for meetings, reports and other Permitting Office needs

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of prior document control experience.
  • Ability to work within the client office alongside executives and managers at all levels to facilitate the governance and approvals processes for key correspondence

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High interest-level in the adoption and use of technology to support automation in letter-writing, document control and efficiency in business processes
  • Applications: Sharepoint, Aconex, Unifier or other PMIS
