Make an impact with our growing Consulting Resource Management team as a Sr. Coordinator. In this internal role, you will work closely with the Resource Manager, consulting practice leaders, and delivery teams to support strategies, programs, and processes to optimize resource utilization and productivity, and ensure project resourcing needs are met. You’ll administer systems and information on the availability and skills of our consulting team members nationally, providing regular analysis and reporting on KPIs. You will also liaise with consulting practice leads in Ontario and Quebec to implement strategic resource management initiatives.
