A leading company seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Workplace Effectiveness. This pivotal role requires at least 5 years of experience in an executive capacity and previous HR experience. The candidate will manage daily operations, organize meetings, and assist in project management for the Workplace Effectiveness team.
This is a pivotal role supporting the Director of Workplace Effectiveness, responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative and coordination duties that keep HR operations and leadership engagements running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience previously supporting a Director, Assistant Director General, Assistant Deputy Minister, CEO, or President in an Executive Administrative capacity. Previous Human Resources experience is required.
