Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, and produce high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist and recommend improvements to methods and procedures.
  • Maintain and update aircraft libraries to ensure readiness and accuracy; support onboard library updates as required.
  • Process and distribute flight crew communications and bulletins in a timely manner to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members; promote knowledge sharing within the department.
  • Record and maintain operational records and endorsements while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers; organize and prioritize workload independently to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, collective agreements, and government regulations.
Qualifications
