About the Role: Conversion Optimization & Landing Page Manager

You'll be the brain behind our clients' testing strategies — identifying conversion blockers, developing hypotheses, leading the team to launch high-impact tests, and owning communication with key stakeholders. It's a fast-paced environment.

You'll manage both ongoing experimentation programs and landing page performance for brands doing $10M+ in annual revenue.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Lead CRO and landing page strategy for DTC brands with real traffic and real stakes
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into smart, prioritized test ideas
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers to bring tests and pages to life
  • Act as the strategic consultant and day-to-day contact for clients
  • Own timelines, results, and reporting with a high level of autonomy

This is a hybrid role: part strategist, part project manager, part consultant, and part account lead. And yes, this role will challenge you.

A-players don't just report numbers — they tell the story behind them and know exactly what to do next. They give clear, strategic recommendations with confidence and bring new ideas to the table constantly — no hand-holding required.

Must-have experience:

  • 3+ years in CRO or experimentation strategy for ecommerce (bonus if you're CXL-certified)
  • Have a good understanding of Shopify
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools like Intelligems, Convert, VWO, or Optimizely
  • Strong analytics fluency — GA4, Excel, heatmaps, survey data, etc.
  • Comfort with fast-paced execution — you can juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball

Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 CAD based on your level of experience.
