Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada, based in Longueuil, QC, seeks a Controlled Goods Program Manager to lead the CGP and ensure compliance with applicable requirements. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Associate Director of Security and focuses on program delivery, risk mitigation, and process improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid Designated Official status under Canada’s Controlled Goods Program.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years in security, defense, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• College diploma with 11+ years of relevant industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 13+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years of management or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage the daily activities of the Controlled Goods Program team.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans in a timely manner.
• Deliver briefings, detailed reports, and risk-based recommendations to leadership and project teams.
• Oversee the access badge department and optimize processes to improve service quality.
• Define and implement policies and procedures for continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality service from the access badge office.
