  • Act as the primary interface for contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work alongside internal project teams to proactively address contract deliverable tracking and resolve site-level issues.
  • Monitor project costs, validate contractor invoicing, and manage contract variations and change orders.
  • Ensure accurate contract documentation, reporting, and compliance throughout the execution phase.

To be successful :

  • 10+ years’ experience in contracts administration and execution on major construction projects, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong expertise in managing Time & Material, Unit Price, and Reimbursable contract structures, with practical, hands-on experience in a site execution environment.

  • Cost tracking and invoice validation.
  • Change order management and documentation.
  • Measurement verification under unit price contracts.
  • Reimbursable cost recovery processes.
  • Contract management software and systems.
  • Ability to support on-site project activities during standard working hours (Monday to Friday), providing consistent presence for contract oversight and coordination.
