Enbridge is seeking a Senior-level Contracts Center specialist to provide senior SCM contract support, leading drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex agreements while balancing business objectives with risk. The role collaborates with SCM, Legal, and cross-functional teams to drive compliant contracting outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Law, Paralegal Studies, SCM.
• 6+ years in contract management or in-house paralegal drafting supplier agreements.
• Experience drafting Master Agreements and negotiating complex terms.
• Understanding of indemnification, liability, insurance provisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple negotiations and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, redline, negotiate and execute Master Agreements for direct category areas.
• Coordinate input from SCM, Legal, Insurance, Tax and Credit to update contracts.
• Review supplier redlines and draft risk-informed responses using templates.
• Choose contract type per Legal guidance and ensure language consistency.
• Document decisions, feedback, and contract records for reporting.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for master agreements and playbooks.
• Ensure compliance with Contracts and SCM policies.
