We are seeking a dynamic Senior Content Strategist to join our team, someone who has demonstrated success in leading content strategies for digital products, experiences, and ecommerce platforms that work with multiple franchises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading content strategies that drive digital product success and deliver the right content to players at the right time. They will excel in developing content models and information architecture that support the strategy vision. By fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, they will enhance collaboration across business, product, and engineering teams.

Passionate about EAX's mission, the candidate will leverage data-driven insights to elevate player experiences and think strategically about systems and service design.

What you’ll do

  • Lead eCommerce Content Strategy efforts across teams, serving as the face of content strategies for our platform, ensuring our franchises come to life and meet player and business goals
  • Connect content decisions to insight through experimentation and user research, driving measurable business results
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to develop content management tools, processes, and systems that enhance customer-facing digital experiences

  • Demonstrate expertise in campaign design, marketing orchestration, information architecture, and strategic content delivery
  • Lead content design initiatives to bring your strategy to life within key destinations, aligning with franchise goals, and working closely with our product management, content, and design teams
  • Show value in content through metrics, revenue generation, optimization, user research, and testing methodologies
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with your product team and partners across the organization

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in marketing, business, economics, research, communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years industry experience in eCommerce content, UX content strategy, or commercial marketing / merchandising strategy
  • You are fluent in multiple content, analytics, and experimentation platform, tools, and methodologies and have expertise around when to apply one over another
  • You can show prior work examples of insight or analysis you’ve led and the impact of your findings, with a demonstrated ability to influence product team leadership and evolve the product or customer experience at large
  • Interest in gaming or the gaming industry is a plus
