Job description

We are seeking a Senior Content Specialist (13-Month Term) to join our team.

Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, the Senior Content Specialist (13-Month Term) will be responsible for executing and promoting enablement initiatives, driving internal engagement, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives. You will play a key role in developing marketing campaigns from content creation through to distribution, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance measurement.

The Senior Content Specialist (Term) will:
  • Create and execute content marketing initiatives that support business objectives and segment enablement targets.
  • Support the creation of marketing campaigns from content development through to execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with established KPIs.
  • Craft compelling messaging and content that clearly communicates product benefits and resonates with target audiences.
  • Extend and adapt content across paid, earned, owned, and internal communication channels to maximize reach and alignment.
  • Engage internal stakeholders with targeted strategies and content that equip them to effectively promote initiatives internally and externally.
  • Produce sales enablement materials and marketing assets designed to support sales growth, client retention, and customer engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute content initiatives aligned with business priorities and segment-specific needs.
  • Support the execution of high-priority corporate and enterprise-wide content initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to leverage new content channels or tactics to amplify reach and effectiveness.
  • Create content that contributes to thought leadership and brand materials to enhance brand reputation and market visibility.
  • Track, measure, and report on content campaign performance, effectiveness, and business impact through clearly defined KPIs.
  • Prepare quarterly segment enablement content reports highlighting key deliverables, milestones, and performance outcomes.
To be successful as a Senior Content Specialist (Term) with People Corporation, you will need:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing, sales enablement, or related fields with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through to execution.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
