Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and specialized portfolios, including intake sessions with hiring managers, candidate communication, interviews, assessments, offer management, negotiation, and exception decisions on salary and benefits.
  • Support more complex business lines by working with executives and senior leaders. Recruit for senior, complex, and specialized roles.
  • Manage complex compensation negotiations with candidates and engage Total Rewards as needed.
  • Lead the candidate’s talent journey, acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships during the selection process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders above the Director level from intake to advising on hiring decisions to successfully convert candidates into hires.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members—Sourcing, Research Associates, and Hire & Onboarding Administrators—to develop a robust candidate pipeline, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a pipeline for critical, difficult-to-fill, and complex roles.
  • Review pre-employment screening results and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Monitor external labor market developments and industry trends to bring best practices into the Bank. Identify issues within the portfolio and escalate as needed.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and culture influence day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Ensure effective operations and controls to meet operational, regulatory, AML/ATF, and conduct risk obligations, including frameworks and guidelines.
  • Champion a high-performance environment by implementing a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team, fostering an inclusive work environment and managing succession planning.
