Your Opportunity

Our Ottawa or Toronto office seeks a Senior Consultant, Strategic Procurement Services to join our management consulting team. You will play a key role in delivering strategic procurement services, requiring a deep understanding of procurement processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing strategic procurement plans and RFx documents.
  2. Conduct market analysis and evaluate suppliers.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand procurement needs and develop solutions.
  5. Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations.
  6. Support project planning and execution with the management team.

Your Experience And Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of procurement or management consulting experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Preferred Certifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with public-sector procurement practices.
  • Proficiency in contract and vendor relationship management.
  • NISCL certification.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing and spend assessments.
  • Knowledge of procurement risk assessment and compliance.
  • Strong project management skills.
