Our Enterprise Solutions Practice is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant, ServiceNow (ITAM/ITOM) for our ServiceNow team nationally. We look for candidates passionate about service management and automation, with hands-on technical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to see the big picture and align with our culture.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Technical Consultant (ITAM/ITOM), you will leverage your business acumen and be a key member of a high-performing team. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for new and existing deployments, focusing on ITAM or ITOM.
  2. Establish and configure functional data, including Notifications and Service Level Agreements.
  3. Create and modify script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs; design or update tables and relationships.
  4. Build interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms based on integration opportunities identified by Solution Architects.
  5. Conduct design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and integrations.
  6. Document design, development processes, test cases, and implementation plans.
  7. Advise on administration settings and best practices.
  8. Collaborate effectively within diverse teams in an inclusive culture that values individual contributions.
What You Bring To The Role
  • 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience, including development and configuration.
  • ServiceNow Certifications CIS-ITOM or CIS-ITAM.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
  • Understanding of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and other scripted components.
  • Ability to customize the ServiceNow UI and Service Portal using UI pages, CSS, and widgets.
  • Knowledge of integrations and migrations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration and experience in medium to large-scale implementations.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; a Master’s or MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; presentation skills are desirable.
  • Fluency in French is strongly preferred.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $100,000, potentially including bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
