We’re looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented Senior Consultant / Senior Manager to join our AngusConnect team and play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. In this leadership position, you’ll lead complex, high-impact projects for key clients, helping them navigate transformational change through thoughtful planning, evidence-based recommendations, and innovative solutions.

You’ll work closely with healthcare stakeholders to assess current-state challenges, facilitate visioning and strategy sessions, and develop roadmaps that align with long-term goals. Your ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive projects from concept through implementation, and present compelling business cases will be key to delivering value and meaningful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a deep interest in healthcare operations and capital planning who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and is eager to influence decision-making at the highest levels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manages a variety of projects from key clients’ small-scale projects to large complex projects independently and proactively.
  • Oversees and conducts gap analysis, which will be used to establish a future looking strategy by assessing and documenting current state and

future state of technology, governance, and organization capabilities.

  • Develops and presents solution options and works with clients and consultant team to refine and select best option.
  • Develops and maintains specialized knowledge in one or more areas.
  • Has depth and / or breadth of knowledge and experience and is developing recognition in the industry and amongst peers.
  • Leads and directs research on emerging technologies and presents analysis and recommendations of the technology options.
  • Designs and facilitates visioning sessions, user groups and senior management team workshops.
  • Independently prepares complex business cases, value proposition and develops roadmaps to guide clients to the future state.
  • Leads projects with diverse consulting expertise and seniority, including sub-consultants.
  • Manages project plans, invoicing and ASNs for all assigned projects.
  • Other duties as required.
  • WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Relevant education or certification in their respective fields (e.g., architectural technology, engineering, nursing degree, support service certifications, etc.)
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong skills in analytics and project management, with a focus on Microsoft tools such as Excel.
  • Experience in the captital planning process for healthcare.
  • Keen interest in healthcare operations, logisitcs, and materials management.
  • Preference for experience in healthcare flows or a desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
