Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a Senior Consultant, Power Platform & D365. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers understands clients’ needs and is responsible for designing and implementing solutions using D365 CRM Model Apps (Sales, Customer Insight, and Services). This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and the ability to develop and integrate solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.

Performance Expectations
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions leveraging D365 Customer Insights capabilities.
- Configure and customize D365 applications to meet specific business needs.
- Create detailed documentation of the solution design and configuration.
- Provide on-site support and assistance during delivery and go-live phases.
- Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of D365 Customer Insights.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and finalize deliverables.
- Ensure quality project delivery and manage timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other consultants.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Participate in responding to RFPs and RFQs as needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Service (AI) is an asset.
- Experience with custom-built Copilots using Copilot Studio or Azure Foundry is an asset.
- Identify conflicts or issues and communicate with the engagement Partner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, business, and industry.
- Raise awareness of MNP through community discussions and sponsored events.
- Network locally and consider business development opportunities.
- Contribute to new ideas and process improvements.

Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and related modules.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing D365 applications.
- Strong understanding of data integration and migration.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and perform gap analysis.
- Excellent consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering software solutions and configuration.
- Ability to lead solution design and create documentation.
- Awareness of scope management and change control.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience delivering end-user training and creating training materials.
- Relevant certifications and a degree in related fields are highly desirable.
- 5-10 years of CRM Model Apps SMS solutions experience.
- 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Customer Insight.
- Ability to attain a Government of Canada security clearance is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development processes, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
- Understanding of Microsoft Co-Pilot and AI is a plus.
- Proven experience in complex system integration.
