Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders on processes that enhance operational efficiency and improve team member experience. You will serve as the business process owner for Organizational Management within our Success Factors environment, providing leadership and expertise to users. You will influence system architecture related to organizational data, impacting job profiles, compensation, and other critical data. You will also lead operational readiness projects and drive strategic change for the P&C team.


Here's how

  • Act as the business process owner for Organizational Management activities at TELUS.
  • Lead initiatives to improve business readiness and organizational agility.
  • Develop and deliver training to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Manage system readiness deliverables, including testing, defect, and release management.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance team member engagement.
  • Advocate for the team member experience in decision-making and program development.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners to deliver optimal experiences.

Qualifications

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Extensive experience managing Organizational data, preferably certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Analytical, creative, and capable of solving problems under pressure.
  • Experience coordinating with other functions like Finance to manage OM data effectively.
  • Background in complex HRIS environments and projects to optimize OM data.
  • Proficiency with SAP HCM data and migration processes.
  • Strategic mindset regarding HRIS solutions, data mapping, and process optimization.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies.

Great-to-haves

  • CHRP Designation.
Salary Range: $102,000 - $152,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
Total compensation will depend on experience, skills, and performance. Benefits include:
