The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our People Consulting practice. You will gain valuable experience working across various capabilities and agencies, often directly with organizational leaders. We advise government and public sector leaders through disruptions, workforce changes, and evolving business landscapes. Whether your passion is large-scale change strategies, organizational design, or transforming HR organizations, we foster innovation and purpose. We support your professional growth and leadership development in a collaborative environment.

Your key responsibilities:
  1. Understand the people aspects of large-scale transformation, working with clients on change and organizational design.
  2. Deliver high-quality services, managing goals, risks, and stakeholder communication independently.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with client management, focusing on client priorities and industry trends.
  4. Develop team members through feedback and fostering an innovative work environment.
  5. Stay updated with industry developments and enhance your professional knowledge.
  6. Identify and develop new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships and internal networks.
  7. Travel flexibility, with an estimated 30% travel requirement.
Skills and attributes for success:
  • Collaborative team player, knowing when to lead or follow.
  • Experience supporting transformation components like Change Management, Culture change, and Organizational design.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to challenges.
  • Effective facilitation and meeting design skills.
  • Motivated, self-starting, with good work ethic and organization skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A related bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant advisory experience.
  • PROSCI or similar Change Management certification is a plus.
  • Experience in all project lifecycle phases, including assessment, design, and implementation.
  • Project management experience.
