What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions. Your will:

  • Manage client accounts in the department
  • Plan work related to pension plan administration
  • Supervise and verify work
  • Monitor progress of tasks and projects
  • Train and coach team members
  • Support the team in various special projects
  • Prepare and track the budget
  • Build client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to requests from members and trustees
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Develop new business contacts, negotiate agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with prospective clients
What you bring:
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or related fields
  • Exceptional team spirit
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and resourceful
  • Good communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
