What will your typical day look like?

As part of the Org Design & Transformation Centre of Excellence (OD&T CoE), this role will be integral in all job architecture, position management, job evaluation, operating model design, people data, org health analytics, and org design scenario modeling efforts to support all OD&T programs.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand client situations, strategic objectives, and approach to org design.
  • Develop, record, and support the implementation of new processes for the DTTL People & Operations organization.
  • Ensure org data integrity in partnership with Talent Advisory and Data Management teams.
  • Develop org design insights, visualizations, and executive documents for DTTL clients.
  • Develop effective relationships and collaborate across our business clients, People Centers of Excellence, and HR Advisory teams.
  • Become the expert in Org Design tools (such as Orgvue) and support the team to further enhance the system's usage to deliver business value.
  • Support project plans, track risks, and report progress to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Deliver high-quality service with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain key deliverables such as org design trends, org health metrics, job catalogues, etc., within systems and reports.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Information Sciences, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in areas such as organizational analytics, scenario modeling, data-driven decisions, process design, job architecture, competency analysis, job evaluations, job banding, and benchmarking.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Orgvue, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience working with technical data and systems functions.
  • Strong data analytical skills and ability to prepare executive-ready materials, mastery of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in teams.
  • Comfortable communicating at various levels, from staff to leadership.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, change, and challenges effectively.
  • Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and virtual environment.
  • Proven ability to execute multiple deliverables concurrently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Other qualifications (asset):

  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, and other people systems.
  • Experience with organizational design platforms like SaaS products including Orgvue.
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, with potential bonus eligibility.
