Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Consultant to refine and guide the Revenue Management and Finance team, partnering with customers to ensure value delivery. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Finance and Oracle Cloud RMCS, interfacing with stakeholders and applying domain, technical, and functional proficiency, including requirements elicitation, design, build, and deployment of solutions for Oracle Cloud RMCS applications. Responsibilities include ensuring business requirements are met, managing team commitments, and promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or willing to relocate; travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Cash Management, FA, PO).
• 6+ years experience with Oracle Cloud Finance and RMCS.
• Knowledge of customizations, BIP reports, OIC integration, HCM, EPM is a plus.
• Familiarity with AIM documents such as BP80, RD 20, RD50, MD50, MD70, CV10, BR100.
• Experience in fit-gap analysis, setup documentation, conversion strategies, and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions, perform configurations, lead testing, and support change management.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex technical details clearly.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Data manipulation skills in Excel; understanding of RMCS and financial processes.
• Experience supporting RMCS systems, working with global teams, and in professional services or consulting environments.

The role may involve travel and extended computer work. Effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face is essential.

Estimated annual compensation for Ontario-based candidates: $89,004 to $103,042.
