What you will do

  • Develop custom applications with D365 CRM/Power Apps, enhanced with AI and Copilot technologies
  • Automate workflows and business processes with Power Automate, integrating AI for smarter workflows.
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards/reports using Power BI, leveraging AI for deeper insights
  • Participate in cutting-edge work around AI, utilizing tools such as OpenAI, LLM, GPT, Copilot, and others to enhance business solutions and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with teams for requirements gathering and understand business processes.
  • Translate business needs into D365 CRM/ Power Platform solutions.
  • Troubleshoot/debug D365/ CRM Power Platform solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform features, AI advancements, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies for optimization and efficiency.

What you bring to the role

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in developing, customizing and integrating Microsoft solutions including Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 CRM modules
  • Skilled in building model-driven and Canvas apps using Power Apps.
  • Capable of configuring forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, web resources and scripts.
  • Experienced in integrating systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE using SOAP, XML, and REST APIs.
  • Knowledgeable in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
  • Able to produce high-quality technical documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Microsoft and/or Azure Certifications are a plus.
  • A university degree with a preference for computer engineering, computer science or related background.
