The Human Resources and Organizational Change team in Montreal is looking for a motivated and high-performing individual who will work on missions for clients from various sectors. What you will do

  • Provide management consulting to clients in the following areas: HR transformation, change management, organizational design, talent management, performance measurement, workforce planning, the future of work, inclusion and diversity, and employee experience.
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients, peers, and other partners.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions that address clients' needs using best practice research and intellectual capital.
  • Initiate projects by defining their scope, including tailored detailed work plans, and estimating the resources, time, and costs necessary for the successful implementation of a sustainable solution.
  • Identify and exploit business opportunities through external and internal networking and develop service proposals.
  • Participate in the internal development of the firm by creating new intellectual capital, leading internal teams, and contributing to workforce training.

What you bring to the role

  • At least four years of experience in business management, in progressively responsible positions, either in a consulting firm or a large company.
  • Strong experience in behavioral change management, organizational structure, organizational development, or process improvement, particularly related to system implementation projects.
  • Excellent understanding of the HR function and its processes.
  • Knowledge of performance measurement practices.
  • Experience in the banking sector would be an advantage.
