What You Will Do
- Lead and support the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot studio.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions aligned to business needs.
- Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to provide design guidance and contribute to solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
- Provide technical leadership and support to project teams throughout implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Work across a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging in size and industry, helping clients drive value through tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Respond to pre-sales and technical inquiries, support solution demos, and provide product expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and share best practices, technical documentation, and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design efforts.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the delivery team.
- Take responsibility for the quality of the code delivered.
- Provide technical support and leadership for escalated incidents and outages to ensure they are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, lead meetings, and ensure action items are captured and addressed.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure technologies to continuously enhance solution delivery.
What You Bring To The Role
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience building solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform (Model Driven Apps).
- Proven experience as a technical lead, architect, or solution architect with Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform.
- Ability to write high-quality specifications and technical analysis documents.
- Experience in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform.
- Experience with Copilot Studio.
- Experience in developing, deploying, and integrating other systems into the Dynamics 365 architecture using tools like REST APIs and Azure Functions.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 SDK to build plugins, custom workflows, and applications.
- Familiarity with web development (HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, CSS, JSON).
- Experience with additional Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint integration, Azure environment provisioning, and Azure B2C.
- Experience reviewing business and technical requirements analysis.
- Post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
