Reporting to the Manager of L&D Organization Excellence and Corporate (L&D), the Sr Consultant for Corporate is a key member of the L&D team, who works with various partners across the organization. As a Learning & Development Senior Consultant for Corporate you will be responsible for developing innovative best in class training experiences that further the learning journey of our professional employees enterprise wide. We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning and teaching others to be their best. You will also be responsible for ensuring that we develop training products that are of high-quality, sustainable, and use innovative approaches for delivering and measuring impactful programs that meet the needs of our corporate business partners. Success in this role requires a high level of comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels of our business including frontline employees to Senior Managers, Executives, and external vendors.
