Job summary

Actualize Consulting in Canada seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to lead and support Treasury Management System implementations, with a strong GTreasury background. You will drive end-to-end projects, gather requirements, configure modules, and optimize treasury processes for diverse clients.

The role requires hands-on TMS experience, strong client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to work remotely across Canada with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in Treasury Management System implementations.
• Hands-on GTreasury (strongly preferred) or similar platforms (Kyriba, IT2, FIS Quantum, etc.).
• Treasury functions knowledge: bank connectivity & payments, debt & investment management, FX and risk.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience with system configuration and implementation methodologies.
• Familiarity with APIs, file-based integrations, and bank connectivity protocols (SWIFT, SFTP, ISO 20022).
• Working knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and data transformation.
• Direct GTreasury certification or deep GTreasury experience is a plus.
• Background in corporate treasury or finance operations; global/multi-currency exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTreasury (or similar TMS) implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with clients to gather and document business and functional requirements across treasury operations (cash management, payments, debt, investments, FX, risk).
• Configure GTreasury modules to align with client needs and best practices.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and system optimization.
• Manage data migration, system integration, and interfaces with ERP systems and banking platforms.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with a strong background in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), particularly GTreasury, to lead and support system implementations for our clients. This role combines functional treasury expertise, technical system skills, and consulting experience to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize cash management, risk, and financial operations.

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of treasury functions, including:
  • Bank connectivity & payments
  • Debt & investment management
  • FX and risk management
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles

Technical Skills

• Experience with system configuration and implementation methodologies
• Familiarity with APIs, file-based integrations, and bank connectivity protocols (SWIFT, SFTP, ISO 20022, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and data transformation

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct certification or deep experience with GTreasury platform
• Background in corporate treasury or finance operations
• Experience with global treasury environments and multi-currency operations

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics

CTP certification is preferred
