Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant - Digital & Project Controls based in Calgary, AB, Canada. This role requires a Bachelor Degree and involves leading digital transformation initiatives in project controls, including data science, automation, and visualization tools.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Controls & Cost Management: Analyze project schedules, monitor construction progress, support cost estimation, and verify contractual milestones.
2. Digital Transformation & Innovation: Develop Power BI dashboards, implement machine learning models, work with LiDAR and 3D modeling, support database and automation development, and collaborate on EMS and ERP integrations.
3. Business Growth & Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, advise clients on digital transformation, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects with skills in project & cost control.
• Proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, machine learning, LiDAR, 3D modeling, databases, ERP, and scheduling software.
