What you’ll do

In this role, you will be at the core of our mission to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Act as the manager in the client accounts department
  • Take charge of planning work associated with pension plan administration
  • Supervise and verify work to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor the progress of tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members
  • Support the team in executing various special projects
  • Prepare and manage the budget effectively
  • Enhance client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to requests from clients, members, and trustees
  • Suggest and implement improvements to our processes
  • Develop new business contacts, negotiate new agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with prospective clients

What you bring

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual with:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or a related field
  • Exceptional team spirit and collaborative skills
  • Incisive analytical thinking and keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and resourceful skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • The capability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
