Your responsibilities
  • Act as manager in the client accounts department
  • Plan work related to pension plan administration
  • Supervise and verify work
  • Monitor the progress of tasks and projects
  • Train and coach team members
  • Support the team in carrying out special projects
  • Prepare and track the budget
  • Build client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to requests from members and trustees
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Develop new business contacts, negotiate new agreements with existing clients, and help develop new markets with prospective clients
Core Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or related field
  • Exceptional team spirit
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and resourceful
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
