What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Ensure successful completion of project deliverables within scope, timeline, and budget
• Provide constructive feedback to the project team to maintain high-quality standards
• Foster client relationships by acting as a strategic advisor and understanding client objectives
• Conduct regular client communication regarding strategic direction and updates
• Identify and address potential issues related to client satisfaction proactively

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital optimization within a client results service organization
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with optimization platforms such as Google Optimize, Adobe Target, and Optimizely
• Minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
• Proven experience in designing and planning A/B tests and multivariate experiments
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience analyzing results of experiments at both aggregate and audience segment levels
• Familiarity with digital user experience (UX) concepts
• Exposure to Tag Management tools (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag Manager)
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
