Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to skills development within the team and HR community.
  • Monitor evolving market trends and compensation practices.
  • Lead training or information sessions.
  • Participate in regular compensation team operations, including audits and surveys.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, actuarial science or relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in analysis and/or consulting in compensation or human resources
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (required)
  • Knowledge of Workday (asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking, business acumen and strong ability to influence
