What you'll be doing
As a member of the Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (EAML) Training Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing key communication strategies and delivering communication solutions that support EAML's strategic priorities. In this role, you will prepare impactful communication materials by engaging with EAML teams and leaders for consultation and input, while focusing on efficiency, quality, and consistency across communication channels. You will recommend communication methods and approaches for the development of communication plans that align with organizational objectives.
In collaboration with subject matter experts, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of EAML communication solutions. You will manage projects aimed at updating content for existing communication materials or building new, meaningful, and engaging programs based on business and regulatory needs. You are a self-starter who applies professional, analytical, and communication skills to contribute to the success of the EAML Training Team.

How you’ll succeed
Communications execution – Support communications for the Enterprise AML team and leadership by crafting clear and impactful messages that resonate with various audiences.
Communication development – Utilize your experience to design, develop, and deliver integrated comprehensive communication solutions that meet both business and audience needs.
Project management – Leverage your project management skills to lead and support various initiatives; create and implement project plans, ensure regulatory requirements are addressed, adhere to timelines, obtain appropriate approvals, and maintain documentation according to procedures and standards.
Business knowledge – Stay current with regulatory and amended anti-money laundering/anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF) laws to deliver relevant content that supports a robust AML/ATF communication culture. Act as a point of contact for business partners, CIBC Talent Development, and other stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise in addressing questions and requirements for all Enterprise AML communication courses owned by the EAML team.
Relationship management – Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders in the development and implementation of CIBC’s Enterprise AML/ATF Communication Program and Framework. Utilize good judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to provide sound input and advice.
Who you are
You are a master communicator. Your written communications and PowerPoint skills are exceptional. From preparing key email messages and decks to organizing strategic program updates for senior leaders, you have the experience in building impactful communications appropriate to the audience.
You have a degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field.
You can demonstrate experience in MS Office, including MS PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, and have a proven track record of building and facilitating engaging and interactive presentations.
You're digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You can easily adapt to new tools and trends.
