How You'll Make An Impact

The Senior Consultant role is concentrated on designing, developing and deploying on and off-line communication strategies, using data, analytics and insight to more effectively target employees, guide communication activity and deliver the right outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Providing key insights to help guide, plan and execute employee-focused programs and campaigns,
  • Interpreting client data,
  • analyzing results using existing and emerging statistical techniques,
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency, and working with variable data and employee audit research outputs to guide employee communication planning.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Filters and "cleans" data by reviewing reports and performance indicators.
  • Locates and defines new process improvement technologies.

About You

Required : Bachelor's degree; 5 years' minimum related experience.

Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.

Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages.

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).

Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.

Preferred : Experience in Javascript would be advantageous. Working knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems highly desirable.

Behaviors : Solid business acumen. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
