Job Description

Req#: 109375BR Infosys is seeking a CC&B Techno- Functional Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver, British Columbia, Mississauga Ontario, Vancouver British Columbia or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• At least 4 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in implementing CIS solutions for Utilities.
• Utility industry knowledge, especially for North American (Regulated and De-Regulated Markets) utility is a must
• Knowledge of legacy CIS systems with knowledge of business context of CIS transformation levers for a utility
• Ability to drive independent discussion and workshops with client in large complex transformation programs
• Strong leadership and delivery management background
• Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility (Gas/Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on Functional and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
• Familiarity with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core WAM, EBS, MDM, NMS, ITRON, L&G etc.
• Should be conversant with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
• Client relationship management - Managing relationships with client personnel
• Taking Go-to-market CC&B/C2M solutions to various clients
• Participate in Planning and Governance
• Should be able to design, build, test, and deploy solution in Oracle CC&B/C2M with proficiency in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
• Should be able to run the functional workshops with business for CC&B/C2M requirements
• Should be able to conduct the demos during the functional workshops using the CC&B/C2M product
• Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements
• Should be able to develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the CC&B package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
• Should be able to capture the configurations required for the product and create a configuration document for the developers
• Should be able to design the forms, workflows and portlets, integration with the required systems
• Should have proficient understanding of the CIS systems and meter to cash functionality to effectively design the CC&B functionalities.
• Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end-to-end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
• Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.
• Ready to travel to client locations as needed
• Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs
