The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand use cases and key business processes that AI solutions will support.
• Work with cross-functional teams, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into robust AI solutions that integrate with the client’s technology stack.
• Continuously learn, experiment, and test new AI tools, platforms, technologies, and techniques.
• Create comprehensive test plans for AI applications, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• At least 2 years of experience developing AI/ML solutions, including a minimum of 1 year in AI/ML testing.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Experience working in agile development environments.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks for AI systems, including bias, performance, and security testing.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models, NLP, and AI frameworks.
• Experience with testing tools such as DeepChecks or similar AI-focused tools.
• Experience in API integration and development.
• Fluency in both French and English is required, as this role involves interaction with clients nationally and globally, and bilingualism is essential.
