Responsibilities

• Prepare, facilitate, and participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their business landscape and challenges.
• Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations.
• Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high degree of alignment and understanding of problems and their solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop impactful strategies and deliver compelling solutions that add value, improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk.
• Develop requirements and business processes, and support project planning, management, and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering business or IT projects in a consulting context.
• Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills.
• Understanding of business / systems analysis methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think, write, and present complex ideas in a logical and structured manner.
• Impactful leadership and management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the financial services domain is considered an asset.
